How can I see a provider's work?

Each provider profile includes a portfolio section where reviewed work samples are displayed. Browse the photos to get a sense of the provider's experience. Work samples are submitted by the provider and reviewed by Go Errand before being shown on the profile. Not every provider will have work samples — a profile without them does not mean the provider is unqualified.

What does a verification badge mean?

A verification badge appears on a provider's profile only when Go Errand has completed and documented the corresponding check. Badges are never displayed based on a provider's self-report alone. Each badge shows what was reviewed and, where applicable, the date it was reviewed. Badges indicate that a specific check was completed at that time — they are not endorsements or guarantees of future performance. What if a provider does not have any verification badges?

Not every provider will have completed every type of review. The absence of a badge means that particular check has not been completed or documented — it does not automatically disqualify a provider. Review the provider's work samples, experience, service area, and customer ratings to make an informed decision.

How do customer ratings work?

Accepted Answer

Customers who have used a provider through Go Errand can leave a rating and an optional comment. Ratings use three tiers: Exceptional, Satisfactory, and Unimpressed. All ratings are visible on the provider's profile. Go Errand does not edit or remove ratings except in cases of clear policy violations.

How do I contact or book a provider?

All customer inquiries and booking requests go through Go Errand's platform — provider phone numbers, email addresses, and home addresses are not publicly displayed. To request a service or ask a question, use the inquiry or booking option on the provider's profile page or contact Go Errand directly. This keeps your communication on record and helps protect both you and the provider.

Is online booking available right now?

Go Errand is currently in its launch phase. Full booking functionality is coming soon. In the meantime, you can submit an inquiry through the provider's profile or contact Go Errand directly, and we will help connect you with the right provider.

Can I get a provider's phone number or email address?

Provider contact information is not publicly displayed on Go Errand. All communication is handled through the platform to protect the privacy of both customers and providers. If you need to reach a provider, use the inquiry option on their profile or contact Go Errand for assistance.

Does Go Errand guarantee a provider's work?

Accepted Answer

No. Go Errand reviews provider-submitted information and displays it on profiles to help customers make informed decisions, but we do not guarantee the quality of any provider's work. Customers should review all available profile information — including work samples, experience, credentials, and ratings — and use their own judgment when selecting a provider.
